NEW YORK -(Dow Jones)- Joints Chiefs Of Staff Chairman Adm. Mike Mullen has written an unusual open letter to all U.S. military personnel warning them to stay out of politics as the U.S. approaches a presidential election in which the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan will be a central, and divisive, issue, The New York Times reports in its Monday edition.
