Campaign finance reports filed with the Missouri Ethics Commission by Peter Kinder's re-election campaign and a supposedly independent committee suggest that Kinder used an elaborate ploy to retrieve and utilize overlimit contributions raised between January and August of 2007 while campaign contribution limits were lifted. BANGKOK -(Dow Jones)- Thailand's Ministry of Finance expects economic growth of 5.0% to 5.5% in the second half and is maintaining its 2008 growth forecast at 5.0% to 6.0%, the head of the ministry's Fiscal Policy Office said Monday.
